Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your eeji account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeji login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify eeji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. eeji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
eeji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. All eeji login sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. However, eeji cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over public networks, and you access the Platform at your own risk when using unsecured connections.
All deposits to and withdrawals from your eeji account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. eeji does not charge deposit fees on any of the accepted payment methods. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which eeji accepts no responsibility. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. eeji reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
eeji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
eeji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as suspension or permanent closure of your account.
You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the eeji Platform:
All content on the eeji Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of eeji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any eeji intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without eeji's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eeji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if eeji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
eeji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. eeji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your eeji account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eeji Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. eeji operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is subject to the oversight of the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact eeji's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. eeji will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
eeji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eeji will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the eeji Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
