1. Introduction

eeji ("eeji," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the eeji online gaming platform available at eeji.net (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how eeji collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Platform, create an account, make transactions, or otherwise interact with our services.

• Financial Data: Payment method details (e.g., GCash account number, Maya account, bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, or debit card information), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, and other technical identifiers collected automatically when you access the Platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Platform, including games played, session duration, betting history, and feature interactions.
• Communications Data: Records of your communications with eeji customer support, including live chat transcripts and support ticket history.
• Responsible Gaming Data: Information related to your use of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, self-exclusion requests, and cooling-off periods.

eeji does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. eeji processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and eeji (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account management and transaction processing.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML/KYC requirements and gaming regulatory obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for eeji's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Where required by law, eeji will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal data for specific purposes, such as direct marketing communications.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

eeji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. eeji may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing your financial transactions.

All third parties with whom eeji shares personal data are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of such data and to process it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

6. Data Retention

eeji retains your personal data for as long as your eeji account remains active and for such additional period as is required by applicable law. In particular:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support communications are retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and usage data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytical purposes beyond the above retention periods.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, eeji will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

eeji implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the eeji Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial and identity data;
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorized personnel only;
• Regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing of the Platform;

The eeji Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. eeji does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If eeji becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact eeji's support team immediately.

The eeji Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. eeji is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

eeji reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, eeji will notify registered users via the mobile number or email address associated with their account and will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
