Some basic details like your display name and contact preferences can be updated directly in your account settings. Deposits

eeji supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players. You can fund your account using GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your eeji account within a few minutes — usually under 5 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method, but generally starts at ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱200 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits also apply per transaction and per day — check your account settings or contact support for your specific limits.

eeji does not charge any fees on deposits from our end. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider beforehand. Any fees charged by third-party providers are outside eeji's control.

Withdrawals

Select your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request.
